We started building Next Identity because we kept seeing the same problem.

Every small change to a signup flow, every A/B test, every tweak to customer or partner onboarding — it all had to go through engineering. It slowed teams down and made optimizing the customer experience harder than it should be.

Over and over, we heard from product and marketing leaders who wanted more autonomy — the ability to shape and test authentication journeys without waiting on developers.

So we built something different.

We're a small, bootstrapped team — no outside funding, just conviction, experience, and a clear vision of what's missing in the CIAM space.

This soft launch is our first public milestone, but there's still a long list of improvements, polish, and ideas we're eager to bring to life. We're building in public — learning from early adopters, shipping fast, and iterating toward a more modern, collaborative approach to customer identity.

A more formal public launch is planned later this month once we've incorporated early feedback and tightened a few things up.
